Kimberley McKinney

Kimberley McKinney, MA, MFTI

Ms. McKinney is a Certified Addictions Specialist and a registered marriage and family therapist intern. She earned her BA degree in psychology from Simpson University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from National University. She is currently completing her internship hours working as a mental health consultant and social-emotional specialist. She has experience conducting mental health and behavioral assessments in schools and social service agencies and in providing psychotherapy with children, adults, families, and groups.

She has extensive experience working in the field of addictions recovery, providing psycho-education, individual, and group therapy. She has been a trainer on various mental health topics and a consultant for teachers and parents of children ages 0-5 years.

Lisa Jellison, MA, LMFT

Lisa recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Human Development in 2004 from UC Davis. Lisa returned to Redding, Ca. and recieved her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University. Lisa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and currently works at a local non-profit agency and her private practice. Lisa specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, couples, and children's issues.  She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.

Lisa is also a Clinical Supervisor. Lisa is a Clinical member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, both state and local chapters.  

Margaret Nagib, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Doctor Nagib earned her doctorate in clinical psychology and her master of arts in clinical psychology from Wheaton College Graduate School. She has specialized training and experience working with eating disorders, addictions, self-injury, trauma, and mood disorders. She has focused on the integration of spirituality and mental health in the development of new programs and in her clinical work with clients. She has made several presentations and television appearances addressing the intersection of Christian faith/spirituality and eating disorders, addictions, and self-injury.

She has experience working with individuals, groups, families and couples in residential and outpatient treatment facilities.

Margaret Nagib

Patrick O'Leary, MA, LMFT

Mr. O'Leary is a California licensed marriage and family therapist who also holds a Pupil Personnel School Credential, and is a credentialed school counselor in California. He earned a master of arts in marriage and family therapy and a master of science in pastoral counseling from California Christian Institute (now Trinity Christian Academy). He earned his pupil personnel school credential from Cal State San Bernardino University. He is a clinical member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

His clinical experience includes working in community mental health, counseling in K-12 school settings, teaching, private practice, and county mental health. He has been a public speaker on topics including parenting, issues of children and adolescents, pre-marital, marital, and divorce. He is experienced working with chronically mentally ill individuals, and with families, adults, and couples, and in providing group and individual supervision for trainees and interns. Other areas of expertise include critical incident debriefing and crisis response therapy.

Susan Thompson

Susan Thompson, MSW, LCSW

Ms. Thompson is a licensed clinical social worker who is an infant and child mental health specialist. She earned her BA degree in Human Development with a specialization in infant/toddler development from Pacific Oaks College and her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Cal State University, Sacramento with a mental health concentration. She is a licensed clinical social worker, holds a lifetime California Community College Credential, a lifetime California State Children's Center Instructional Permit.

Ms. Howland holds membership in the National Association of Social Workers, is the founder and Chair of the Infant Mental Health Task Force of Northern California, member of the World Association for Infant Mental Health, is the past president of the California Cascades Association for the Education of Young Children, and has held numerous other board positions. Ms. Thompson is a teacher, trainer, and consultant with extensive experience in infant and child mental health. She is a child development and infant mental health specialist. She has been a clinical supervisor and trainer on issues of infants and children for one of the North State's largest social service agencies. Ms. Thompson has over 20 years' experience teaching early childhood, childhood, and adolescent development courses at the college level. She is a supervisor and trainer for students and interns in social work and marriage and family therapy. She provides therapeutic services to infants, toddlers and their families and has experience providing evaluations and serving as an expert witness for infants and toddlers. She designed and developed the first clinical infant mental health service in rural Northern California.
